ABOUT ME
"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdome."
~Aristotle~

My name is Elizabeth Francois, I am a heighten sensitivity/empath/intuitive and a writer/screenwriter/filmmaker/artist. In a nut shell, a heighten sensitivity person posses the sensory processing sensitivity trait (SPS), which means more blood flows in the region of the brain associated with emotions, thereby making the person more in tune with their surroundings. I credit the SPS trait with my ability to be so creative.
I've loved entertaining people since I was a child. I wrote, directed and produced my first puppet show when I was around 8 or 9 years old. I build the set, made the puppets, wrote the script and performed the show. The wonder in the eyes of the preschoolers fueled my passion for entertaining. I've worked behind the scenes on a few low budget to no budget films and worked as a script reader, which took my writing skills to another level.
Beside writing stories, I also love writing about how to train the brain to succeed and reading about all the studies being done on brain development. Our brain makes us who we are, so it makes sense to learn and understand how the brain works so we could un earth our true selves. I'm also a champion of bio-hacking. The discovery of Dave Asprey's "bullet proof coffee" has had a major impact on my life, I do a "poor man's version" of the bullet proof coffee that includes vitamins and minerals for the brain .
I meditate on a daily basis and most of my story ideas and articles "occur" to me during meditation. I'm very disciplined and even when I have to work 20 hours a day on a project - I still love it. "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life."
I studied and worked in the fashion design industry for a number of years, working for some well known high end labels. I have a background in art and graphic design. My artworks are fun and whimsical. I often create poster for the stories I write, which helps to give a visual reference of the overall story direction.
I'm also an avid reader, especially anything related to the brain, business, art, spirituality, self help, etc. When I was growing up, I practically "lived" at the library. I would wander through all the rows of book shelves and pick books at random to read. My brain was and still is always hungry for knowledge, so I don't limit myself to information, I'm always open to learning new things.
