Story Line -
A charming little boy mysteriously shows up at a birthday party and goes unnoticed by the adults. He befriends the birthday girl, becoming fast friends spending lots of time together. He’s friendly, playful and just slightly mischievous - the perfect playmate. As Heather spends more time with him her personality begins to change, she starts making up outlandish stories of people getting hurt and creating disturbing drawings that she claims boy, who she calls "the taking boy" told her to do. Concerned, her mother decides to speak to the boy’s parents, only to learn there is no one living at that address he gives her. Heather is forbidden from seeing the boy and he turns menacing. When the body counts starts, the family finds themselves fighting against something that is “not of this world”, racing against time to keep from being taken away.
